I work for a larger property management company which owns several apartment complexes in the waupaca area. The Amazing Cleaning Service was referred to me through a tenent a little over two years ago. After a trial period to see what products and services could be provided, we were instantly impressed and now use this company exclusively for all of our complexes.

They have repeatedly performed magic on carpets that we did not think could be saved due to lack of upkeep and/or high traffic areas. Not only have they saved us thousands of dollars in carpet replacement, But the cost of their service is incomparable to other companies we have used in the past.

The professional courtesy they provide is matched by the attention to detail. Never have I had a service provided where the owner says “let this sit for a day and if you’re not pleased with it we’ll come back and do it again…NO CHARGE!”

In an age where the word “service” seems to take backstage I have no problem recommending this company to tenants, home owners, or managers in the surrounding communities.

Five stars for ACS and their staff
